For Such a Time as This: God's Perfect Timing

The hour is now... for such a time as this.

The hour is here... God knows when, where and how!

Our Christian Walk is not a straight line... we go up and down mountains and valleys all the time in life.

The Hour has Come...

John 11:18-22 The hour has come to raise Lazarus from the dead

• God knows what He's doing... it may seem like He's late but we can still choose to trust and believe that He can do anything!  "Speak the Holy Name of Jesus!"

Genesis 21:1-1  The time has come for Sarah to have Isaac.

• Sarah bore a son at the very time God had promised him

1 Samuel 1:26-28 The hour has come for Samuel to serve the Lord

• "I prayed for this child and the Lord has granted me what I asked of Him"

Esther 4:14 The hour has come for Esther to rescue her people

• "Who knows but that you have come to your Royal Position for Such a Time as This"
• It is often in our brokenness that God is most effective in our lives.

The hour has not yet come...

John 7:29 The hour has not yet come for Jesus to be arrested

• "...because the hour had not yet come..."

John 17:1 The hour has come for Jesus to Pay the Price

Acts 1:8 The hour is near for the disciples to be equipped

• "...But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you..."

Matthew 28:18-28 The hour is here for us to GO!

• Go and make disciples of all nations
• Go into all the world and preach the gospel - share the Good News!

Promises: 

1. "I am with you always until the end of time!"
2. "In this world you will have trouble, but take heart! I have overcome the world." John 16:33
