What is true spirtuality?
What's the most important commandment?
True Spirtuality isn't just "Jesus & Me"... it's "Jesus & We"
Hebrews 10:19-25 "Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, 21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."
We don't just have access to Christ's presence, we have an advocate in Jesus!
God made a way for us to have access and a relationship with Him!
3 Things We Should Do:
1 - Let us Draw Near to God
2 - Let us Hold On to the confession of our Hope
3 - Let us Watch Out for One Another to Provoke Eachother to love and good works
Strive for unity and peace with eachother as a family and body of Christ:
The words we speak are important...
Serve, pray, give, love...
We are the Church - we are the Body of Christ - set a good example and lead and live by example!
Speak the truth in love - love, correction, accountability as brothers and sisters in Christ - we are in this together!
What did Jesus pray for?
Don't drift, draw near, hold on and encourage!
