Fighting the Invisible Enemy- Part 5: Shield of Faith | Pastor Peter Abednego Hango

Things happen in the spiritual realm that we can only see with spiritual eyes, but they are still real!
The enemy we can't see is fighting against us - we are in the 'war zone'; without spirtual eyes, you won't win the war.
2 Corinthians 10:3-4 "For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds."
How do we fight the Spiritual Battle?
- *You need to be Strong and ready for a fight!
Ephesians 6:13 "Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand."
Armor of God... just imagine God, Himself, giving you HIS Armor! It is the Armor of GOD! Wow!
Don't be afraid of any terror in the night - God is continually updating His Armor to protect you!
Stand against the Wiles/Schemes of the devil -
- We don't fight the enemy but we fight his wiles!
The devil is not updated...(God is continally updating, however!) He uses the same old schemes and tricks that he always has...
Ephesians 6:16-17 "In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God."
We don't fight the invisible enemy alone - we fight Together!
- Our shields link together, creating an impenetrable wall!
- We join together to pray, encourage and support one another! (We are stronger together!)
The power of God can remove all the arrows of the enemy!
Psalm 91:5 "You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day,"
*Are there arrows in your heart and mind? Let the Lord set you Free!
